Addict fitness™ Shoulder Press selectorized machine uses an adjustable seat seat to better stabilize the torso while accommodating users of different sizes. Simulate shoulder pressure for better shoulder biomechanics. The counterweight box of this product has a unique and beautiful design, and is made of high-quality flat oval steel pipes. It has a very good texture experience, whether you are a user or a dealer,you will have a bright feeling.
Exercising Overview:
Choose the right weight .Adjust the seat to make the handle slightly higher than the shoulder.Hold the handle with both hands. Stretch your arms slowly up and keep your back tight. SIowly return to the starting position to avoid collision between repetitions .AIways keep your wrist in a neutral position during exercise. Avoid Iimiting the elbow to the Iimit of the range of activity.
To make the exercise more effective, the angle of the seat and back pad helps the user to easily align the shoulder joint during the exercise for proper loading and better results.
