Easy and convenient step entry makes getting started a breeze. Thick, comfortable Durafirm back pads and arm supports reduce fatigue and discomfort allowing you keep working on your abs and obliques. Features dip station handles with oversized handgrips for a killer triceps, deltoid, and lower pec workout. Rock solid support and stability is delivered via heavy-gauge steel frames with all-4-side welded construction.
The core muscles the vertical knee raise works are the ones that you show off: the rectus abdominus. This muscle is responsible for spinal flexion and lets you do things like sit up from a lying position and other motions involving pulling your chest down toward your hips. It runs through your torso, extending from your sternum down to your hips.
